The Adobe Commerce Front-End Developer Expert AD0-E710 exam validates the skills and knowledge of developers in building and customizing user interfaces for Adobe Commerce storefronts.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 1-3 years of practical experience in Adobe Commerce front-end development. They should demonstrate the ability to translate task requirements into technical solutions effectively. Furthermore, candidates should be proficient in utilizing the following technologies:

• Adobe Commerce (version 2.4.6)
  
• Basic comprehension of front-end structure and layout
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (including preprocessors), LESS, JavaScript, UI Components, jQuery, Underscore, Require.JS, Knockout, PHP templates, database knowledge, and content management
• Familiarity with various aspects of the platform such as CMS Blocks, Widgets, CMS pages, Category pages, Product pages, Cart and Checkout, and Account Dashboard area
• Basic understanding or knowledge of admin configurations
• Ability to extend and overwrite styles, layouts, and JS files
• Understanding of extending parent themes and theme hierarchy
• Proficiency in CLI commands (cache cleaning, setup:upgrade, indexers, deployment mode) and Grunt
• Knowledge of caching technologies, client-side browser, and storage concepts (Cookies, local storage)
• Proficiency in responsive design principles and media queries
• Experience with WYSIWYG/Page builder tools
• Understanding of code packages implementation
• Ability to implement translation functionalities
