The CIS-APM Implementer Exam is entirely multiple-choice and multiple-select questions.

The Exam covers the given topics  - 

• Topic 1: Overview 20%
• Topic 2: Applications Under Management  13%
• Topic 3: Basic Rationalization 13%
• Topic 4: Advanced Rationalization 17%
• Topic 5: Fundamentals 37%

• Third-Party Resources: Explore training materials, practice exams, and study guides offered by reputable third-party vendors specializing in ServiceNow certifications.
• Hands-on Experience: Gain practical experience by working with ServiceNow APM in a test environment or on a real project if possible.

Candidates must have:

• Basic familiarity with industry terminology, acronyms, and initialisms
• Six months of hands-on experience in ServiceNow deployment projects or maintaining ServiceNow instances
• Participation in at least two ServiceNow deployment projects

Once you meet the prerequisites and complete any required training, you'll receive a voucher to register for the exam on the ServiceNow web assessor website. You can choose to take the exam at an approved testing center or online with a proctor.

You'll receive your pass/fail result immediately upon completing the exam.
