A Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC) integrates principles from Flow, Lean, the Theory of Constraints, and Organizational Development into the Disciplined Agile framework, providing you with the necessary tools to enhance enterprise-wide value streams. The primary objective of the Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC) certification is to expedite the delivery of value on a large scale by extending beyond individual teams and implementing Disciplined Agile practices throughout the entire organization.

  • Learn how to identify the optimal starting point for organizational improvement.
  • Gain the skills to customize an organization's improvement strategy according to its distinct requirements while considering its culture.
  • Acquire the knowledge to expedite value realization for customers on a large scale.
  • Utilize the DA™ toolkit to determine the most suitable practices for any given scenario, whether it involves initiating a new Agile transition or rejuvenating a stalled SAFe or Spotify approach.
  • Develop the capability to empower organizations to continue enhancing autonomously.


Eligibility Requirement:

Candidates must first successfully complete the three-day DAVSC course facilitated by a PMI Authorized Training Provider (ATP), which is offered virtually. Upon finishing the course, you can then proceed to apply for the certification exam.

To qualify for the DAVSC certification, candidates need to have three years of agile experience to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the DA toolkit, along with its associated practices and strategies. Candidates are also required to attend a three-day training session conducted by an Authorized Training Provider. Upon completion of this training, candidates gain access to the exclusive DAVSC Community of Practice, which offers supplementary learning materials, exam preparation resources, and the DAVSC Case Study. 

After three months of membership in the DAVSC Community of Practice, candidates become eligible to register for the DAVSC exam. All DAVSC exams are administered online through our testing partner, Pearson Vue.
